Position Overview:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of steel products, wheat flour, or grain and pulse products. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

• Monitor and manage production processes, equipment, and machinery to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Collaborate with the production manager to plan and coordinate production schedules.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet the company's high standards.

• Train and develop production staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.

• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the steel, milling, or grain processing industry is an advantage.
