Role Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled ICT and Systems Management Consultant to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting threat and risk analysis of existing and potential new systems and technologies, analyzing the business impact of potential new and existing systems and technologies to eliminate risk, performance, and capacity issues, and implementing vulnerability assessments and audits of operating systems, web servers, and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct threat and risk analysis of existing and potential new systems and technologies
• Analyze the business impact of potential new and existing systems and technologies to eliminate risk, performance, and capacity issues
• Implement vulnerability assessments and configure audits of operating systems, web servers, and databases
• Conduct a SWOT analysis of our cyber security and virtual operations
• Upgrade systems by implementing and maintaining security controls
• Review and update IT, Cyber Security, and all related policies for best practice
• Provide feedback to Ubongo on the development of a comprehensive and long-term IT strategy

Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum BA in Computer Science

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT and Cyber Security Management
• Knowledge in System Administration, Network Security, Problem Solving, Information Security Policies, Network Protocols, Communication, and Handover, and Process Improvement.
